No warranty

The tools are provided as they are, without any warranty. Converters can differ from the program that created your file: formulas, formatting, dates, encodings and page layout may not come across exactly. The Excel to PDF tool, for example, makes an approximation and not an exact print. Check every result before you rely on it, and keep your original file.

Your files and your responsibility

Your files stay on your device and remain yours. You are responsible for having the right to open, edit or convert the files you use, and for the way you use the results. Do not use the site for anything unlawful.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, XLSX Viewer and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage that arises from using the site, including lost or damaged data. Some places do not allow these limits, and in that case they apply only as far as the law permits.
